BFC, PANGKALPINANG — PT TIMAH Tbk continues to intensify its corporate transformation by strengthening work culture values across all levels of the organization. As part of this effort, PT TIMAH Tbk held a Culture Workshop attended by its employees at Graha Timah, Pangkalpinang, on Thursday–Friday (January 8–9, 2026).
The Culture Workshop was attended by PT TIMAH Tbk Vice President Director Harry Budi Sidharta, Director of Human Resources Ratih Mayasari, as well as dozens of employees from various work units.
The event also featured the Director of Transformation and Human Capital of MIND ID, Pambudi Soenarsihanto, as a keynote speaker.
Vice President Director of PT TIMAH Tbk, Harry Budi Sidharta, stated that PT TIMAH Tbk is currently facing various challenges, both internal and external. These conditions require the company to carry out rapid and sustainable transformation to achieve its vision and corporate targets.
According to him, transformation is not only related to strengthening systems and technology, but also involves the mindset and work behavior of all company personnel.
“PT TIMAH has decades of experience and has long existed in the tin business. However, going forward, the challenges we face are increasingly complex, not only from internal factors but also external ones. Therefore, transformation must be carried out comprehensively,” said Harry.
He added that the first step in addressing these challenges can begin by improving mindset. Employees are expected to be able to view problems as opportunities, work more effectively, and not be afraid to face change.

“Our mindset needs to be set so that what we do today is aimed at growing PT TIMAH and ensuring its sustainability, not only for the company, but also for the interests of the nation and the state,” he emphasized.
Meanwhile, Director of Transformation and Human Capital of MIND ID, Pambudi Soenarsihanto, conveyed that work culture is closely related to organizational motivation and individual motivation.
He acknowledged that carrying out transformation is indeed not easy, but it must be implemented consistently.
“To start transformation, everyone needs to have a life purpose in order to be more motivated. Do not be fixated on just one field of knowledge and do not give up easily, because successful people are those who have failed but are able to rise again,” said Pambudi.
He added that amid the various dynamics and uncertainties of today’s global industry, transformation is the key for companies to remain adaptive, resilient, and competitive.
Through this Culture Workshop, PT TIMAH Tbk hopes to foster a shared commitment among all employees in building a work culture that is aligned with the company’s transformation direction toward sustainable performance. (*)
