BFC,\u00a0 JAKARTA – Tim penyidik pada Direktorat Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (JAM PIDSUS) telah melakukan serangkaian tindakan penggeledahan di rumah tinggal yang terafiliasi dengan tersangka HM di Kota Jakarta Barat, Kamis (18\/4\/2024).<\/p>\n

Dari penggeledahan tersebut, tim penyidik berhasil melakukan penyitaan terhadap barang bukti kendaraan roda empat yang diduga kuat berhubungan atau merupakan hasil kejahatan yaitu 1 (satu) unit mobil Lexus RX300 dan 1 (satu) unit Mobil Toyota Vellfire.<\/p>\n

“Selain itu, tim penyidik juga melakukan penyitaan terhadap barang bukti berupa surat berharga dan kendaraan bermotor yang diduga kuat berhubungan atau merupakan hasil kejahatan dari Tersangka RI yakni 1 (satu) unit mobil Toyota Zenix dan 1 (satu) unit Mobil Mercedes Benz E250,” kata Kapuspenkum Kejagung RI, Ketut Sumedana melalui keterangan pers.<\/p>\n

“Adapun serangkaian penggeledahan dan penyitaan tersebut terkait dengan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam tata niaga komoditas timah di wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) PT Timah Tbk tahun 2015 s\/d 2022,” ujarnya. (Red)<\/p>\n
