BFC, PANGKALPINANG – Kasus korupsi dugaan pemerasan dan penerimaan gratifikasi yang menjerat mentan menteri pertanian Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL) nampaknya akan meluas ke Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU). Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyatakan bisa menerapkan pasal TTPU ke keluarga tersangka SYL. Menanggapi hal ini, praktisi hukum Andar M. Situmorang menyampaikan bahwa KPK seyogyanya tidak Pansos. Dalam hal ini, KPK tidak perlu gembar-gembor untuk menjerat tersangka korupsi maupun keluarga tersangka korupsi ke TPPU.<\/p>\n

“Saya mengingatkan KPK jadilah penyidik yang profesional, jangan menjadi penyidik yang Pansos. Tidak usah gembar-gembor mau bikin tersangka atau TPPU siapapun,” ucap Andar Situmorang melalui keterangan pers, Jumat (3\/5\/2024) malam.<\/p>\n

“Langsung saja diam-diam, langsung periksa, langsung bikin tersangka TPPU. Tidak usah diumumkan, tidak usah diiklankan itu namanya penyidik Pansos, penyidik non profesional,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Dikatakannya, KPK tidak perlu mengumumkan kalau ada peluang untuk tersangka atau TPPU. Menurut hal tersebut adalah rahasia penyidikan.<\/p>\n
