BFC, PANGKALPINANG \u2013 Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menargetkan pengesahan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) terkait Wilayah Pertambangan Rakyat (WPR) dapat tuntas sebelum hari raya Idulfitri.<\/p>\n

Langkah ini diambil sebagai solusi konkret untuk memberikan kepastian hukum bagi para penambang rakyat di wilayah tersebut.<\/p>\n

Ketua DPRD menegaskan bahwa saat ini wilayah yang sudah masuk dalam skema adalah Bangka Tengah, Belitung Timur, dan Bangka Selatan. Sementara itu, ia mempertanyakan komitmen para Bupati yang belum mengusulkan WPR ke Kementerian ESDM.<\/p>\n

“Perlu diingat bahwa yang berhak mengusulkan WPR adalah Bupati setempat, bukan Gubernur atau DPRD Provinsi. Saya minta para Bupati segera mengusulkan karena rakyat sangat membutuhkan kepastian hukum ini,” ujar Ketua DPRD.<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan bahwa jika Perda ini disahkan, maka Izin Pertambangan Rakyat (IPR) akan menjadi payung hukum bagi masyarakat untuk bekerja secara legal.<\/p>\n

Namun, ia mengingatkan para pemegang IPR nantinya tetap memiliki kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi, termasuk kepatuhan terhadap sanksi hukum yang akan dikoordinasikan dengan pihak Kejati dan Polda.<\/p>\n

Secara tidak langsung, pihak legislatif juga meminta Gubernur untuk segera berkomunikasi dengan Menteri Dalam Negeri agar proses evaluasi Perda tidak memakan waktu lama. Ia berharap proses evaluasi tidak sampai menghabiskan waktu tiga Samapi empat bulan agar masyarakat bisa segera merasakan manfaatnya.(red).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
